“Right from the start I knew Emma knew what I wanted to achieve.”

A personal branding photography session is not just an ideal opportunity to refresh your website and social media content. It’s also the perfect time to create some new styled shoot content to help you attract your ideal client. This is exactly what Lauradana did, a Cotswolds wedding stylist from Wedding Creations.Cotswolds Branding Photography of a wedding stylist arranging details on a wedding table

Give your brand a personal identity

Lauradana wanted some fresh new images that reflected her brand to use on her website, social media and in her new season’s brochure. She wanted to be able to show her face a little bit more and give her brand that personal identity – something that is really important in a service-based industry. When she contacted me to book her shoot, she described her style as being based around earthy and muted tones. But she wanted to use her session to play with a little bit more colour – very fitting for the warm, autumnal tones around us at the moment!Cotswolds Branding Photography of a wedding stylist at work

Showcase your dream content to attract your dream client

We approached Lauradana’s session almost as a styled shoot. This is the perfect opportunity to showcase the type of content you want to be producing in order to attract your ideal client, as well as serving as inspiration to future clients. It also enabled Lauradana to enjoy playing with props without a set plan, and to lose herself in the process. This enabled me to capture her looking and feeling relaxed in her comfort zone.

The venue, the props and the wardrobe

Lauradana booked a venue which she felt reflected her brand, the beautiful Frogmill, just outside Cheltenham. There we photographed four different set ups, two inside and two outside. We incorporated a combination of informal headshots, working images, flat lays and detail shots to cover all aspects of her work. Lauradana brought along three different outfits and plenty of props. This all enabled us to capture a wealth of content with a variety of looks, but all with a consistent style. Lauradana’s new bank of images will serve as fresh content for her online platforms for months to come.Branding Photography of a Cotswolds wedding stylist sitting outside
